After booking, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to your pre-appointment consent form.

 

You must complete this form before attending Lochardil Pharmacy. Your appointment cannot proceed until the form has been completed.

 

Please check your junk or spam folder if you do not receive the email. Each person attending must complete their own form.

 

Your pharmacist will review the information with you and confirm your consent before administering any vaccination.

What happens at your appointment?

 

Your pharmacist will:

• Review your completed form

• Check that vaccination is suitable for you

• Answer any questions you may have

• Administer your chosen vaccination or vaccinations

• Provide appropriate aftercare advice

No vaccination will be administered unless it is clinically suitable and you are happy to proceed.

 

Employer, workplace and group vaccinations

 

We can also arrange private flu and COVID-19 vaccinations for employers, workplaces, community groups and other organisations.

 

Depending on the size and needs of your group, we may be able to provide:

• A dedicated clinic at Lochardil Pharmacy

• Vaccination vouchers for employees or group members to book individually

• A vaccination clinic at your workplace or another suitable location

 

Workplace clinics will be subject to location, the number of people requiring vaccination and appointment availability.

NHS winter vaccinations

We expect to support the local delivery of NHS Scotland flu and COVID-19 vaccinations this winter.

​

However, we are awaiting final confirmation of the arrangements from NHS Highland.

 

We will update this page when further information becomes available.

 

If you are eligible for an NHS winter vaccination, NHS Scotland will contact you with information about how and when to receive it.

The booking links on this page are for chargeable private appointments and cannot be used to book an NHS vaccination.

Can I have both vaccinations at the same appointment?

Yes. Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations can normally be administered during the same appointment, subject to your pharmacist confirming that this is suitable.

 

Who can use the private service?

The service is available to patients following clinical assessment.

 

Do I have to complete the form before attending?

Yes. The link will be contained in your booking confirmation email and the form must be completed before your appointment.

 

What if I am eligible for an NHS vaccination?

You may prefer to wait for NHS Scotland to contact you. NHS appointments are separate from this private service and cannot be booked using the private booking buttons above.
