We advise that you drop-in to the pharmacy for a FREE ear check before booking a wax removal appointment. This is to ensure your ears are suitable for micro-suction before attending. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the appointment without full wax removal.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us via telephone at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Cancelled appointments may incur a charge.
