Cancellation, Booking and Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:

Appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time by phone (01463 236263) OR through our SimplyBook website

If the appointment you wish to cancel is scheduled within the next 24 hours OR you do not attend your scheduled appointment then any deposit or services paid for will not be reimbursed
BOOKING POLICY:

Please read individual service description prior to booking for any additional terms

Bookings are taken through our SimplyBook website using Stripe Payments

Please ensure any questions are answered accurately, if not then any deposit or services paid for may not be reimbursed (e.g. inaccurate age or BMI, not having an ear-check prior to microsuction, not meeting the criteria agreed in the booking questions)

Appointments may be booked up to 4-weeks in advance and are to be booked one per person (and per trip for travel risk assesments)

Please provide an up-to-date contact number so the team can contact you with any relevant details

We aim to avoid changing or cancelling appointments wherever possible, however, due to unforeseen circumstances this may be necessary. If we have to rearrange your appointment and a suitable alternative date/times is not available for rescheduling then any deposit or services payed for will be reimbursed
REFUND POLICY:

As above, if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice any deposit or services paid for will not be reimbursed

As above, If you do not fully read the service terms (on the simply booking website and lochardilpharmacy.co.uk) and the service is unable to be completed then any deposit or services paid for may not be reimbursed (e.g. inaccurate age or BMI, not having an ear-check prior to microsuction, not meeting the criteria agreed in the booking questions)
